With original receipt (your packing slip/invoice), we will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 60 days of purchase. If a Cato gift card was used, a new gift card will be issued. Items must be unworn and have price tickets attached. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Yes! Order can be shipped to your local Cato store for free. During checkout, select "Free Ship to Store" as your shipping option. Free Ship to Store orders are shipped with our weekly store shipments, so please allow up to 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has arrived in store.

Cato offers clothing sizes from 2 to 28. Petite sizes are available in select stores and online. You can find shoes in sizes 6 to 12 in regular and wide widths. Half sizes are available online only.
